How to order from Mad Supply

Instructions for using our webshop and completing your purchase. We recommend always using an up-to-date browser for full functionality. All major browsers are supported (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari). When you enter the website we will try to automatically set your country to the location corresponding your IP address. All prices and shipping costs will be automatically calculated as you shop.


Browse through our selection of official merchandise and select items that you are interested in. 

On the product page, click on the ADD TO CART -button visible on the right hand side of your screen.

Some products require you to specify which version of the product you want f.ex what size of a shirt you want to have (S, M, L, XL etc)


After you have selected the correct version,  click on the ADD TO CART -button to place the item in your shopping cart. 

All items will be reserved for your order for one hour so you can relax and continue shopping without haste. You will get all the items you have put in your cart (excluding inaccuracys within our inventory)


Click on the Proceed to checkout -button (which will appear on every product page if you have items in your shopping cart) or hover your mouse over your shopping cart and click there. You will be taken to a page which gives you a summary of your order.

You can also change the quantity of your items in this page. If you are happy with your order, click on the CONTINUE ORDERING -button. The shipping costs calculated represent the cheapest possible delivery method but we can provide faster and better alternatives to specified countries. You will see all the available shipping methods for your order once you have selected your country in the next page!




Input your information

On the right side you will see a summary of your order the whole time. Input the information where you wish the order to be delivered. Please make sure the information is correct and accurate to ensure a smooth shipping experience.

Choose a delivery method. 

A default delivery method has been prechosen for your order. The default shipping method is usually the cheapest but there are a few differences between shipping methods.  Other available delivery methods depend on your country and might not be available. Check estimated delivery times for your order HERE

Every shipping method is explained in detail and the differences between them as you select the correct method for you.

Choose a payment method.

For international customers (outside of Finland) payment methods are PayPal and Credit Cards or with an International bank wire transfer.  You can pay your order in your desired currency (f.ex Dollars, Pesos, Yens). PayPal and Credit Cards will automatically convert your currency for your order once you proceed with the payment.

Instructions for paying your order via International Bank Wire Transfer WILL BE INCLUDED in your order confirmation email, which you should receive right after you press CONFIRM ORDER -button. Please make sure to provide a correct email address!

Confirming your order

Once you have input your information, chosen the preferred delivery and payment -methods, click on the CONFIRM ORDER -button to proceed with paying for your order. Once you have completed your payment successfully, you will be taken back to the shop where you can review your order, all the information and print out a receipt if you wish.

When we have received your payment we will process and ship your order usually within one business day. Orders containing preorder items will be processed and shipped once all the items in the order are in stock.

Please note:

  • You will receive an email notification when you have successfully completed your purchase and you will receive an email notification again when we have shipped your order!
  • The confirmation email will contain a tracking code for your order if applicable to the delivery method you chose. Ifyou chose a delivery method without tracking we can not assist you in tracking your order in case it goes missing!

If you receive wrong or faulty goods, please contact our customer service at and we will help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible! We aim to deliver the best possible customer service available so do not hesitate to contact us if needed.
