Delivery times & Postage Fees

All orders will be processed usually at the next working day from the order. Some items are pre-sale products, so note the release date of the products when placing orders. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically to your shopping cart. Most countries have an option to choose a courier for the order (for example: GLS to Europe, FedEx to North America etc.).

THE AVAILABLE DELIVERY METHODS MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE PHYSICAL SIZE OF YOUR ORDER!
For example some hoodies can not be sent as a letter as they are too big. The available delivery methods are always presented automatically at the checkout. If you can not see a certain delivery method, it is not possible to use it.

If your country is not among the listed, we are unable to ship to your location at this time. We are constantly working hard to ensure shipments to all parts of the world but sometimes it just is not possible in an efficient manner.

Delivery times & delivery fees does not include possible customs declaration delays or fees. With Posti (Finnish Postal Services) deliveries you can contact your local customs office and ask the possible extra costs or delays. If you use FedEx, they will handle the customs declaration. Paying your order

Card payments (Visa, MasterCard, diners club & jcb)

Card payments can be performed online safely with the Nets (Luottokunta) SSL-secured payment form. Our company does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder.

Online payments can be made with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Diners Club & JCB payment cards.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

Paytrail Oyj (FI21228397) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

SEPA (SINGLE EURO PAYMENTS AREA) bank transfer

When you choose to pay with SEPA bank transfer, you will be sent an e-mail with payment details.
An additional fee of 1,24€ will be added on your order when using this payment method.

After placing the order, you have up to 12 days to make the payment. After that, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Please note that you must pay ALL the transaction fees for the payment.
The order will be processed the payment is received in full. 

The bank transfer payment is eligible in the SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) only.

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)

This payment method is only available for our customers living in Finland.

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, you will be charged an additional fee of EUR 6,20 on your order.
There will be no other fees in addition to the price of the goods and shipping. You pay for your order when you pick it up from your local Post Office in Finland.

Additional information on paying

Paytrail Oyj buys the receivable, i.e. the cost of the order from the web seller and offers you the possibility to pay it with any method mentioned here. The information about your payment will be instantly sent to the seller.

In credit card payments the seller and recipient of the payment is Paytrail Oyj In case of complaints, however, we ask you to primarily contact the customer service of Backstage Rock Shop Oy.


Returns & Exchanges

We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. If you however receive a wrong or faulty product, we will exchange it for a new one, or, if you want, refund your money.

All our goods have a 14-day (counting from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy, excluding underwear and other intimacy products (e.g. earplugs) and outlet products.

Please fill out this return form (PDF) according to the instructions and include it with the return. Remember that you're only allowed to return intact products (unless the product has been faulty when you received it) with no signs of use.

With media products (e.g. CD's and DVD's), the shrink wrap and a possible seal have to be unopened.
If there are e.g. pet hair or stains on the product, we can’t accept the return.
If the product has arrived faulty, it needs to be returned in the received condition for us to confirm the same fault.

Please always ask for a receipt for the return from the post office, because it ensures that the postal service is responsible in case the parcel is lost. Without the receipt, you are responsible for the lost parcel!

Living in Finland, you’re eligible to return the goods for free through Posti, when using the following return address:

Any returns with Matkahuolto will be recouped on refund for any excessive shipping expenses.

Customers outside Finland have to take care of the return shipping costs themselves. We will ship the replacement goods for free.

8. Data security principles

Manual register is stored in a locked, electronically protected room. Computer data is stored in a locked room and protected by firewall, user name, and password.

Information will be shared both internally and externally with the following groups:

  • employees who need the data in their work
  • authorities in accordance with the law (e.g. social workers and tax authorities)
  • partners and subcontractors that are essential in maintaining the customer relationship (e.g. involving payment and shipping)

Data file can be accessed only by employees whose job includes the handling of customer data, predefined by the Data File Administrator. These employees are bound by confidentiality agreement.

9. Right to inspect data and the exercise thereof

Registered persons have the right to inspect their personal data and ask for a copy of the said data. The request shall be made in writing, signed and addressed to the Administrator of the Data File.

10. Right to Request Changes in the Data and the Exercise thereof

Registered persons have the right to request rectification of incorrect data. Such requests shall be made in writing and in sufficient detail and addressed to the Administrator of the Data File.

11. Right to Prohibit the Use of Data

Registered persons have the right to prohibit the Data File Administrator from using their personal data for telesales and other means of marketing, genealogical surveys and polls. The request shall be made in writing and addressed to the Administrator of the Data File.


Force majeure

Backstage Rock Shop Oy shall be not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Force Majeure, including fire, storm, flood, sabotage, interruptions in money traffic and traffic, accidents causing major harm, actions of public authorities, current or changed law, or labor disputes.


Disputes

Possible disputes shall be settled at the District Court of Tampere.
