We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. If you however receive a wrong or faulty product, we will exchange it for a new one, or, if you want, refund your money.
All our goods have a 14-day (counting from receiving the delivery) return and exchange policy, excluding underwear and other intimacy products (e.g. earplugs) and outlet products.
Please fill out this return form (PDF) according to the instructions and include it with the return. Remember that you're only allowed to return intact products (unless the product has been faulty when you received it) with no signs of use.
With media products (e.g. CD's and DVD's), the shrink wrap and a possible seal have to be unopened.
If there are e.g. pet hair or stains on the product, we can’t accept the return.
If the product has arrived faulty, it needs to be returned in the received condition for us to confirm the same fault.
Please always ask for a receipt for the return from the post office, because it ensures that the postal service is responsible in case the parcel is lost. Without the receipt, you are responsible for the lost parcel!

Backstage Rock Shop Oy shall be not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Force Majeure, including fire, storm, flood, sabotage, interruptions in money traffic and traffic, accidents causing major harm, actions of public authorities, current or changed law, or labor disputes.
Possible disputes shall be settled at the District Court of Tampere.
